Hi Renuka, its better to take a break you need some rest now also your child will need you till it crosses the age of 2 years. career is always there in life but these things are very important.

See don't quit your job just take a maternity leave and till you are on your maternity leave you can search for a good nanny and spend time with your baby but once your leave is over you can hire the nanny.

You have worked hard to get where you are and i agree that i baby needs you but you need yourself too. Once the baby is born you can work from home for a few years and once your kid starts his playschool you can start working too.

Hey,

First of all congrats on your pregnancy. Now first of all you need to decide your priority. Is it work or baby. If its baby then you can even go for online jobs. These days many big companies allow women to work from home as a freelancer or as a part timer.

In the male dominated world being working gives you a respect. If you select a good creche where you can put your child you can start working immediately 4-5 months after childbirth. Search a good creche in nearby area. Wishing all the best.

Quit your job. Once you give birth to a baby he or she becomes your priority not job.. Baby needs mothers love, care and time
