Hai Archie,
I have waited for one week and today I called my Gyn and they gave me appointment on 24rth of this month.I don't breast soreness or nassuea but I do have cramps.
My abdomen is becoming sore from afternoons and feeling little bit heavy and my back starts hurting. And by the evening, soreness is wrsening and my back is hurting bad. Is this normal Archie?? Is this because I'm sitting at my office for 10hrs a day??

Good that you waited and in one more week you will have chance to visit your OB. S/he will do an ultrasound and let you know the status of pregnancy as to location, estimate the gestation, would help you hear fetal heart beats and ward off all your concerns.

Lower back is alright and normal if you are on your foot or seating for hours in chair.

I heavyness of abdomen is alright, make sure you empty your bladder as often as possible, this might be one reason as you may not find enough time to do so from your busy schedule.

If it worsen then sure you need to call OB although it's very normal.
