The doc had conducted HIV and HBSG tests as well..they are negative.. my doc was not available today to talk when i called up so i cudnt ask him wot are these tests for ..
Could you please tell me Wot are these tests conducted for?
Also he conducted TSH test which is around 1.6..is this normal.. wot does TSH test reveal.

My ovulation study was done by sonography..not sure its same as pelvic ultrasound... do you think if i had PCOS it wud have been determined by the sonography. I read on net the PCOS is when one's follicle does not rupture but grows abnormally. I thik in my case the follicle size was proper when it ruptured (thats wot doc says).
I would ask my doc abt the medications or injections that he is going to use, when i visit him next month.

sorry to bother u again- one more question- Is epidural common in India or just limited to big hospitals? Can one request an epidural in a hospital in India by offering an extra money ?

Thanks for answering my queries. We are not sure about the city in India where we are going to be settled down. That depends on many factors, but if it is Bombay, I will surely contact you and ask for some more details about doctors etc. ( If I am right, you are in Bombay).

I wanted to know whether Ovulation kits are available in India or not ? And how do you find doctors & delivery process in general in India?

wot does TSH test reveal.
==> TSH test reveals if you have thyroid or not. If you have thyroid it is difficlut to concieve but not impossible, as you have to keep it in normal range by taking proper medication.

-----No, I can't possibly be right while estimating why he did those test. The new two tests were to figure out if you have any Sexually transmitted disease and good news is you don't have one.

-----You don't have PCOS and Pelvic ultrasound is the one when sonography is done by inserting a tube in your vagina. If it was as I said then yes you had the type of test I mentioned and best way to know ovulation status.
