Dear Sunshine,
Let me not repeat about God thing, it's for sure in his hand, who has whole control on miracles in the world.
Knowing that you have PCOS and your spouse poor sperm count makes it easy to picturize why the failure. But makes it very sad to note that one has to deal with two way difficulty.
His count is awfully low, not scaring or not trying to upset you more, I know you are very down the hills. But want to let you know that things are possible still, only you will need a good fertility treatment Dr.
You would need to go through treatment to have control on PCOS symptoms and be cautious while choosing a cycle to get pregnant while at the same time isolate quality sperms from whatever he has and give about 3 shots for IUI. If things fail here as well then IVF is one hopeful resort for you.
I think the situation you both are going through is really saddening and quite stressful. Remember however to keep healthy sperms he has to learn to enjoy the life and sure a urologist will make suggestion on sperm improvements. There are Ayurvedic ways if you live in India or want to get help of your best confiding persons health from India. It will be a matter or time to get close to normal counts. I think he needs to be stress free before going for a repeat of test.
