My baby is 10.5 month.He got almost 8 tooth. Please let me know should I start brushing his teeth everyday. If yes then which toothpast and which brush to use?

Hi ,

Thx Dr shelly for good advice..my kid i bought Gerber paste with finger brush(a set)...we will get it from all department stores...We can put it on our finger and can brush them..it seems good.

Brushing at this age isnt a critical thing, but can be done. They have childrens toothpaste as well as childrens brushes. Look at your local walmart? Target? any store should have them. Check with your pediatrician for more tips and advice on how often it should be done. I advise my patients after one year of age to brush, and see dentist at 3yrs of age, as by then they should have all molars in. Best of luck
