Name: Angali

My baby is10.5 months and he can crawl, walk with support. He sleeps for 3-4 hours in daytime in two shift.Whenever he sleeps, I make dinner and food for baby.I take almot 2 hours for this work. Then if I have still time then I have to clean vessels, vaccum as my baby eats evrything from floor.I mean my whole time goes in work.
When he gets up, I cannot leave him for even a single minute as he eats from floor or hits himself somewhere or the other.
I get time to rest only in the night when he sleep around 10.00pm.He gets up by 6.00am.During night he gets up 2-3 times for 2-3 minutesfor feed. I give him water. That is ok. But have to get up with him in the night.
My question with other MOMS is I get very tired after whole day work. Can anybody tell me how should I change my routine so that I can relax for sometime.
Please help me regarding this.......
Regards

hi,
what u can do is..u can get a playpen which is high enuf & soft enuf so that even if he falls he is safe..
when he is awake u can do the choping & cooking with him in front of u...
maybe u can take him in the kitchen with u give him sum toys to play with..so that he is busy & uc an also keep an eye on him..
when he sleps u also sleep the vessels & etc can be done whenver poss
i used to do this when my son was 10 monhs it might be difficlut in the beginning but dont worry..
take proper care of yourself aslo as if u r healthy then u can take care of your baby.
dont worry
hope this helps..
as leena has mentioned u can reduce the naps in the morning to sumtime so that he sleeps in the night.
bye

Hi angali

Iam leena ,i too have a baby of 9mths & a full time mum like u,there is no other choice other than sleeping with ur baby for some time whens he sleeps & then getting on with ur daily chores.Washing the vessels &
cleaning the home is second priority as if now & try to reduce babys day time sleep ..which might help in a steady sleep during night.Try out
regards
leena
