My baby is going to be one year old in 3 weeks. I read we can give cheese and paneer for this old babies. What type of cheese to start with and how can i add it in her diet? directly or melt it? pl. suggest me some recipes with cheese and paneer even tofu? how to add them in baby food? I give her egg yellow, mash it with the rice . I also give her dals, vegetables with rice. let me know the baby recipes that include either of the three, paneer, tofu or cheese. Pl. write in detail.

u can give cheese,paneer & tofu as well.they are good for their health better than milk.
my son is 14 mo nths now i give him cheese regularly as he has stopped taking milk so i subsitute it with cheese,yogurt,etc.
as of now im giving himt he regular cream cheese or the cheesesticks meant for kids.
u can give him..dont worry.
