Hi,

My son is 3.5years old and weighs 15.5 kgs although his height is 1m. Is this weight ok for him?
Also, what diet should i follow for him to keep him healthy?

Any feedback will be highly appreciated.

His height and weight are perfect. Don' t worry. Give him lots of fruits, vegetables, chicken & fish, if you are non.veg, also rotis, pulao, yoghurt and other dairy products.
