Iam working at an MNC,starting to work at 7 am and returning at 8pm .By the time i come home my baby will tend to sleep . Later she gets up around 1am and plays everyday till 3am . Its very difficult to wake and play with her at tat time . shreya replied. Hi,u must be able to spend the weekends with your child i suppose...getting up so late in the night is not healthy for you or your baby..a baby should sleep the entire night..try to develop a routine for her and u can skip the daytime nap also to make her sleep throughout the night.After playing in the night from 1 to 3 probably she sleeps through the day....this cannot go on coz when she starts going to school she will need a full night rest.
if you spend a lot of time in commuting to the office you can probably try to change ur job or rent up a house near ur office..beleive me it will make life a lot simpler and you will be able to spend quality time with your child ,missing which might make u regret later
