Hi all,
My name is Vrinda,working as Planning Engineer in Construction Company.I was nt working whn pregnant,so can say wasted 1 yr of my career.My baby is 15 months old now ,I have been sending her to a babysitter whn she was just 8 months..I leave at 7.30 and bk by 7.30pm.My husband is very cooperative.helps me with evrything.As we are out of India my inlaws also come fr 4 months in a yr.thn my baby is with them.In such a kind of demanding job my baby is suffering,,, .just have this fear that sme day she will not recognize as im nt with her. Please advice Saheli wht to do should i quit my job fr my baby or else continue with it as in future she will be benefited.My husband says tht it is ok to continue.. bt i m nt happy at this age im nt tre to see her pranks wht should i do?

ideally the initial years of the child are considered to be the foundation years.Also apart from being the crucial years of their life they are most wonderful years for the mother and child.The childs innocence and naughty pranks make each day full of joy.Though its fun to be with kids it does get tough at times and u need to have lots and lots of patience to be with kids.also if u think by taking a break for 2yrs till ur baby starts schooling will not hinder your career then that would be the best.u will be able to enjoy the best of both the worlds.Lastly take a decision which will make u happy cause if u r happy everyone around will be happier.
