Iam also a working mother who is working in IT comopny and earning a decent amount. my daughter is 2 years old earlier my mom was taking acre of her nd now mom-in-law has started staying with us
i feeling like quitting nd staying home with my daughter of a year
how dod feel after quitting?

I jus read this - Even i am in the same kind of situation -Working for IT but my baby is too small only 8 mths old. Quitting jobs for our kids carreer is actually a good thing.If u r quite happy with the money watever ur husband draws then it is ok but if its going to affect even ur childs education then u got to think. swati replied. I' m serving my notice period of 1 month so I would be free only by June.
I' ve started coming early to take my son to garden.

He is not at all social...anyways working on that.

But I would like to share my exp of a day off.
Yesterday I took a day off....we had a great morning and once he got up after his afternoon nap..I took him in my lap and sang lullabies for long time...and shared some real quite moments with him(weekend afternoons are never so quite)....I just cant explain in words how happy he was after that...

Anyways good news for me is, I' m not alone in the garden, I met 3-4 moms who have left their career to bring up their kids...and after seeing their kids (though they are in 6-7 age group)...no regrets on my decision (so far :-)).
