Hi Kala,

I travelled with my 10 month old last year. I did not give him his solid feeds on the flight since he was quite active. I was able to give him some rice cereal during the stopover in Frankfurt. I gave him Similac every three hours, so he was not hungry. If he is eating biscuits/cookies or cheese, you could try a few pieces on the flight. Those will be much easier than using a spoon. Finger food or teething biscuits are another option.

Good luck!
