You have to make some changes in your life to raise your grandson. After retiring, there can be a lot of burden in raising s child, but wid proper planning it can be sorted out. It will take time for these children to feel safe and secure. You can encourage these good feelings and ease their adjustment.Building new relationships can be difficult. Sometimes, it helps to find things that you can do with your grandson to nurture your relationship and to make him feel secure and happy in their new home.

Try to spend quality time wid your grandson rather than being overwhelmed with responsibilities. It´ s important that you take care of yourself and not allow yourself to be overwhelmed by your parental responsibilities. Try to find a support group that will help you in the long run to ease out your problems. Enjoy time wid your grandson by playing a sport, joining an activity or simply a story telling session. Work on communication skills.
