hi am 22 weeks pregnant..during festive season due to exertion i noticed a brown spot..consuted my gynae and she recommended profasi injections..bute after 10 days i noticed the spot again..contacted her and she told me to go in for proluton depot..i took two injections but after a month(right now i have started of with 6th month) 2-3 days back i got the spot agin..and she agin told me to go in for p.depot..am really worried coz i feel brown very small patches time to time..kindly help!

Dear m14,
it may be that your placental position is still towards lower or slightely anterior, nothing to worry, try and not to exert too much.
go with proluton depot and will be Ok.

hi Archie
thanks a lot..this is the first time am corresponding to u but i have read about many females who keep sending u queries and getting excellent solutions from you..and now its my turn :))..well i got myself scanned after the first spot and the doc said that the positioning of the placenta is fine..its not at all low..now she has recommended proluton depot 250mg to be injected every week....as the movement of the abby is normal she has told me to hold on for the next scan..
