I'm in my 20th week of pregnancy, and i have this nose bleeding problem. it's not severe but whenever it gets really dry in the house my nose starts bleeding. Any suggestions, what i should do about it???

congestion and bleeding are more common in winter when heating systems force hot, dry air into the house, drying ur nasal passages. using a humidifier may help overcome this dryness.

hi!! let me first congratulate you on ur pregnancy. am in my 18th week right now and even i suffered from nose bleeding a couple of days back. this is not such an uncommon prob. i'll tell you what i did and maybe it will help u also..... i drank lots of water, cut drastically on my pickles intake, drank lots of buttermilk with sugar. since i was also suffering from cold..went easy on the nose blowing!! :) moreover i used to apply moisturiser inside my nostrils to ease the dryness..u can try petroleum jelly.
If it still doesn't work, then consult a doctor!!
