I am bharatanatyam dancer, i started learning it for the past one year and now i used to teach also. I learned my dance class from Bharatanjali Dance School in Abu dhabi. Dance also helps us to maintain fitness, dancing everyday helps us to burn extra calaories and cholesterol, As dancing is an interesting thing we don't get tried or bored easily; its an effective way to maintain our body.

Any kind of dance form is beneficial for health. Dancing builds endurance and stamina, relieves stress, lowers blood pressure, burn extra calories, keeps body in shape, and makes skin healthy and glowing. Dancing also Strengthens and tones legs and body, increases flexibility and balance, prevents lower back problems, boosts correct posture and keeps the body agile. Dance forms like Bharatanatyam are great for health. Learning and practicing Bharatanatyam is your way towards physical and emotional wellbeing. Just go for it.

There are many forms of dances in the world. Bharatanatyam is a dance where we get to learn about culture. Bharatanatyam also conveys devotion towards god. It expresses love. Its performance contains small love fables. All performances of Bharatanatyam give a message at the end. I like the costumes. These costumes make a Bharatanatyam performer look elegant and striking. Apart from all this Bharatanatyam is the excellent form of exercise. I totally agree with all the benefits mentioned over here. I am a regular Bharatanatyam performer and I gained a lot in terms of physical well being.

Bharatanatyam is the awesome dance form to learn. As a kid I liked dancing very much. I used to dance on every song. I was also good in dramatics. I used to participate in dramas when I was in school. I got selected to perform on stage in front of large audience at the age of 14. The great appreciation that I got from my teachers, friends and parents motivated me to learn Bharatanatyam. It is a dance form that gives me pleasure of dancing as well as acting. The immense use of expressions in this dance form encouraged me to learn it. I started learning Bharatanatyam four years back. It is famous and popular dance in India. The aspects of Bharatanatyam such as costume, culture, expression, message and exercise attracts me to it.
