hi my name is pakiza i am 24 yeras old . had a baby girl 6 months ago . i am 80 kilos and want to loose 20 kilos .amozing thing is i have the diet plan to loose 10 ponds in three days but when ever i start doing this diet i get dishearted and fail the first day . i just want some one to join with mee and loose fat together . i just want encouragement , compition,ans feeeling like some one else is with mee doing same thing . girls only ,any one

hi me too had baby seven months ago at that time my weight was 78kg and now i m 56kg... i know how difficult it is for mothers to spare time with such a small baby to go out and do workout... what i did was exercise using my baby as my prop... bending forward and kissing him, lifting him and slowly comming down... be innovative an discover ur own excercising regimn..this make bith u and ur baby happy and fit..

I too had a baby 6 months back but I tell you that the best way to reduce is to exercise/ walk/ climb stairs and a little diet. Dieting without exercises dont help at all only increases hunger. If you are not working like me, you should be able to spare one hour every day for a swim or gym. I tried both as long as I was having leave from work and it did help. Now of course I am dieting too but also going for swim every weekend. I was 60kgs during child birth. Now 54kgs.
