Hi All,

I need info on after birth massage centres for
the baby and the Mom (me :-) ). All the
Ayurvedic ones which I asked for are exhorbitantly
costly. They ask for anything between Rs.500
to Rs.1200 a day for the baby and the mom. The
monthly cost with them, thus, works out to
anything around 20000 bucks and above!

Please provide info on cheaper yet quality
services. The old fashioned \";dai\"; kind of
services are also welcome if anyone has had
a first hand experience of good quality from
them.

I am from Bangalore. I stay in Kaggadaspura area
which is next to CV Raman Nagar. So any centres
in that proximity would be great help.

you are right, now a days massage is so costely, but there is lots of ladies who prefer to give massage by going home, and will give massage to baby as well as mother, and its a dai type massage. NN replied. See if you go for center they are very expensive and no matter where you ask for the price it will be around 1200 per day only. Instead of going for massage centers that will definitely cost you a fortune why don't you to with the traditional way. It is known that massage is been done for both nursing mom and child.But it is done in earlier days. But it can be done through mothers only.Good luck for you and try to get from neighbors.
