Body and Fitness:want to loose some pounds

hi all,
i am 27 year old planning for a baby my current wait is 67kg i am 5ft2\" can someone help me to lose atleast 4-5 kg, earlier i was going to aerobics,now ' cause of my leg pain i stopped that,so i need to know which type of daily diet i should fallow? it wl help others too.

The only way one could lose weight is by making the heart beat faster. There is no diet designed yet to achieve this without a good vigorous workout. Eating less than what you actually do on an avg day also attains weight loss, but is short lived unless you stick with the program for the rest of your lives. so, stop sitting in one place all day long and start walking, jogging or running. Good luck.
