Body and Fitness:weight loss pleaseeeeeeeee.

Hi,
I am 20 years old. I am 5 feet and weight 62kg. I am really getting fatter-arms legs everything. please tell me a complete diet plan and physical exercise if needed to use. I cannot diet, i mean reduce my food intake bcoz i feel weakness and i feel dizzy so eating is important for me. let me tell u my schedule- lazy but it is.

wake up at morning 4- pray, work in d kitchen like cleanng and washing. then cum back and sit and use internet. I will be using it till 10 or 11 sitting, then i will sleep, wake up at around 4 or 5- have lunch, sit and then pray and then again use internet and then help my mom in d kitchen and then dinner, than back again internet ,... then sleep at 11. and then woke up back at 4.

now atleast i have started sleeping at nights otherwise for last 2 motnhs, i didnt use to sleep and use internet.

I have my holidays till august, kindly please help me change my schedule.

what country do you live in, where you do nothing all day long other than cook, clean, pray and use internet? Praying is good, but combine that with some activity like yoga, so you get a workout while praying. Looks like you are in the presence of food all day long, meaning easy accessibility of food makes is hard to resist the temptation(eating). Try to move away from the kitchen and out in the sun. The more you are away from home surroundings, the better it will work for you. Sleeping is also extremely imp to lose weight. The more you sleep, the more you lose. Try to get atleast 9 hrs of shuteye everyday. Get more activity and well portioned food(protien 30,carbs 30, fat 30) everyday and i' m sure you' ll see some changes in your body for the better. Good luck with everything.
