My baby sitter is good , but she is irregular , i need her only for 4 hours as i work 4 hours from office and 4 hours from home, i call her on saturday for 2 hours and sunday give her off too. My place is according to her convience only as her kids go to school which is very near to my place, if in 4 hourse working , i will take off it will be problem for me, suggest me what to do? pallavi replied. Have u asked her why is she irregular and what shd u do so that she never takes an off?
Maids generally go round n round but dont give straight answers, so try dig in.
Tell her that u will not allow leaves as u r already giving sundays off, so u will deduct her salary if she remains off.
If she still doesnt change, give her a warning that u wd change her if she doesnt change.

And nonetheless, seriously start looking for options so that u r on safer side.
