hi plz someone can give me any remedy for gas trouble that moves all my body speceailly stomach and my ribs plz any simlpe remedy

Try not to eat 3 large meals...instead eat 5 small meals, avoid eating to many gas producing foods..what foods cause more gas is for you to evaluate. You may not need to completely eliminate them from your diet because sometimes smaller quantities of gas producing foods are well tolerated by the body...
if you have a lot of gas you may mix a bit of ajwain witha bit of salt and some lemon and take it with water...believe me it works....try it..

Soak 1/4 tsp of methi (fenugreek) seeds in a cup of water overnight. Drink that water in the morning and discard the seeds. Very good for gas.

Also try Pawan Mukta Aasan- lie down on ur back. breath out and bring both knees to the stomach- hold it with hands and keep breathing out. Then breathe out and bring your feet forward in resting postion. Repeat a few times.

I had gas daily for few years and spent sleepless nights

2 things have worked for me and havent had gas since last 6 months
--Exercise , 30 min of cardio in eveneing
--I take Hingashtak, ayurvedic medicine, if i get the gas

Its a very simple way to get rid of this problem you can take one tea spoon of sounf (fenkel)after eating.
2-you can take ajwain also it will also help you.
you can take one liter of water and then add few leaves of mint(podina)just boil for a second and then allow to cool you can drink this water whole day once a week or twice a week this will help you
