Feeding:Recipe ideas/tips

Hello everyone

I would greatly appreciate any meal ideas/recipes for my nine month old daughter. I feed her three solid meals - breakfast is cereal (Farex) and fruit, lunch is usally steamed mashed vegs and bread with butter or cheese, evenings i generally give her steamed fruit and yougurt. She does not seem to like rice /dal and I have tried to make it like khichdi - still not popular. I gave her oats for the first time - she refused to eat it. Do any of you give your babies dhalia - how do you make it.

Thanks and look forward to hearing from you

hi,
u can make upma with soji or dalia. kids love it. even my son is also 12 months old. he loves to eat those. u can give her idly, rava idly , mashed banana, creamy yogurt , cheese etc., oats should be given to kids only after 1 year. because with oats their stomach will be completely full, so it takes much time to digest. u can give baby's oatmeal cereal.
