Archie since 2 days again i am facing this problem. Don't know what to do. I am so scared since as it is I am ttc from so long and now due to putting constant pressure this would be a real problem. I feel very uncomfortable going to the toilet and since i am not able to pass stool this makes my whole tummy and bottom upset. Hope this won't be hamper my ttc process.

Dear Anamika,
Try to include Fibers in your diet. eat dry prune, or dry plums. Eat always fresh fruits and total wheat grain stuff, do not eat bleached flour.

This is hopefull is going to help you getting over condition.

Eat salads from green leafy vegetables.

Thks Archie. I will try to follow your advise. I don't have any pain etc now below my abdomen.It was there for 3-4 days after the insemination. Doctor also told that breasts should pain but there was pain only for 3-4 days but now not much only when i touch the nipples there is slight pain.I don't know really and pray that atleast this time i am lucky.Love to Advait.Take Care.
