In fact Female satisfaction does not really matter. At the same time if she gets an orgasm then better sperm entry.

How does orgasm help sperm swimming?
Answer:
During Orgasm your cervix will have pulstating activity going on and this will let sperms swim faster and better. Also the orgasm content is alkaline liquid which is indeed very good for sperm to move (better swimming in liquid than in a dry case). Also many time some girls have vaginal environment acidic and that is responsible killing sperms, the orgasm will help getting over this condition as it would make environment neutral to alkaline. The best is to have you orgasm before his ejaculation.

What matters in this process is how efficient sperm delivery takes place to the fallopian tube, this depends on both partner, the type of vaginal environment (pH) and the quality of semen.
