Body and Fitness:i dnt hav any health prb,,,help me out..

m in uk now a days.i dnt need a doctor i knw tht..bt i want a good diet..there the system is different..my doctor give tht type of diet tht i cant do.coz i like asian diets.anyway i also cant go gym..i have sme prb thtsy...its impossible..just gemme some good diets asian dietsa nd suggestion tht wat to take in breakfast,lund and dinner..one tyind we do heavy breakfast as bread egg beans, n then if feel hungry in lucnh time thn v take jst like tea or nimko etc..thn v do dinner..thts heavy dinner...
i really dnt knw wat to do?
how to control my diet without any difficulty for the LIFE TIME?
not just for a time being?
so plz tell me some things th6t i can do easily..i cant afford to take many different things foe my diet shadule..............
so THESE ARE THE CONDITIONS...I WANT A GOOD HELP ANYONE CAN HELP ME PLZ?

In order to lose weight you need to consume less than you burn.
Two things you need to do in order to follow the above rule
(1) Exercise - you have to get moving. It doesn' t have to be in the gym, you can do things at home. Start walking, jogging, skipping , biking - anything to get your heart rate up. If you can do gardening, then go for it. Anything will help.
Diet - for us Asians, our biggest weakness is carbs. You don' t have to give everything up, just cut it down gradually. If you are taking any kind of processed sugar, stop it immediately. Sugar has so much hidden calories. Include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables (raw if possible) and drink lots of water. You said you eat a big dinner - if you can' t change it, then you need to eat dinner early. Never go to bed with a full stomach.
Also skip out on the bread and beans on the morning. Have only the eggs. Try and reduce your dairy intake as well.
Don' t skip meals. This will only put your body into ' famine' mode and it will start to store fat. .

Lets face it - weight loss is not going to happen overnight. Be patient and pesistent. Be aware of what you eat all the time and make small changes. You will see your body change gradually. Weight loss is achieved and sustained only through life style change and it takes time.

Here are some tips I found usefull
* drink plenty of water before sitting down for a meal. You will tend to eat less. I can drink more water when it is warm than cold so I always heat up my water (even in summer !)
* got the munchies ? - grab some celery, carrots, nuts or berries.
* Since you are in UK you get to pick your milk - get skim milk. At 22 you don' t need whole fat.
* If you sit in front of the TV and all you think of what you can munch to keep your hands busy - get a hobby. I started sewing and beleive me, you will be saying goodbye to all that junk food lurking around.
* Whenever you reach for another serving of rice, put half of what you take back , same with Roti. Eventually refrain from taking rice/roti altogether, second serving that is.

Hope I have helped. Good luck. Don' t lose heart if you falter - just pick up and get going. Let us know how you are doing. Don' t stress too much over not conceiving. Eventually it will happen. You are only 22 and once you start reducing your weight I am sure the happy days will come.
