Saisha replied. Just give him Healthy food
Asha replied. Hey hi
a five year old child is big enough to have a normal diet. He should have a bit of everything that try to have a balanced meal. It is for you to ensure that you give him all the nutrients. Start the day with a healthy breakfast with any of the Indian items such as idlis, poha or sandwiches. Basically Indian diet in itself is very healthy. So you should avoid junk diet that will spoil health
sruthi replied. No perfect diet plan for a 5 year old one.try to feed carbs, proteins, sugars and vitaminised food.
kajal replied. Hello Person,

Megha replied. hello gvi,

Love replied. Please feed the baby with all healthy nutrients and also make sure that you feed the baby in small intervals it means a lot to make a proper metabolism for the kid and once proper metabolism is made everything goes parallel well.
Chapati, curd and make sure half lit of milk is a must for kids.
All the best . Happy parentings.
Lovely Tyagi replied. In the Morning breakfast, give your child the corn flakes with the milk. After some time you can give them soup or dry fruits. If your child is school going, make a roll of chapati by adding some vegetable, onion, cucumber. Pack it in the Lunch box that your kids like. I pack the food in Jungle Magic Lunch box for kids, because it comes with the hand sanitizer and my kid loves it' s look. In the afternoon time, you can give some rice, chapati, daal, curd and salad. Let your child eat whatever he/she wants. In the evening provide your child some fruit juice or mix veg juice. At night prepare some colourful vegetable and give it to your child with the chapati, salad and curd. And please don' t forget to give a glass of milk at bedtime.
:) :)
Good Luck....

Shreya replied. Hi! A five year old boy can have a normal indian diet. Breakfast dishes like small plate upma, poha, or 1 normal size dosa with honey or dal chatni, 2 idli with honey or chatni, small bowl of conflakes, 1 paratha and any fruit of his liking. after 3 to 4 hrs he can have lunch that includes 1.5 chapaties with any veg he likes and small bowl of dal. Again during evening snacks he can have half glass milk along with biscuits or pastries without icing or small bowl of home cooked pasta, spaghetti. And during dinner he can have dal rice with veg and any home cooked sweets. In between the four meals if the boy wants munching, you can give him fruits or any other light and healthy munching.
mitali replied. Hey! See morning when he gets up give him milk with some biscuits, afternoon give him proper food which includes Dal,rice, bhaji, chapati and if he doesn' t like eating that try to make your food look attractive by garnishing it. by four give him milk again as tea is not good for such small kids.
