Hi ! My daughter is 6 month old now and i am worried or rather confused about her eating as I feel she is ' nt eating enough. She is having solids but very little amount at a time even i give her formula which she has just 30ml per feed and is breast feeding even. Her duration between feeds is an hour or 2 hours may it be breast feed, formula or solids and she weighs 6.8 Kg. She breastfeeds for 15 to 20 minutes at a time I dont know if she getting enough from it either. Please let me know if this is normal or she must eat more? Don' t unnecessarily worry bcos during the 6 month, your baby is only getting introduced to solid foods. She can have 2 servings of solid foods in a day. Your baby' s weight is normal. Breast feed your baby when she is hungry and in case of formula milk, quantity can be increased to 60 ml upon doctor' s recommendation.
