if you are slim its not enough to slim body, it you should make it toned body, to get toned body, drink at least 3 to 4 liter water a day, also take small meal after every 2 to 3 hours. it will defiantely help you.

i lost my 23 kg in 6 months, only follow diet plan and morning jogging, also i leave my habit like eat any time , i follow time limits for eat anything for weight loss.

for weight gain first morning do heavy breakfast after take milk shakes with fruits flavour, also do heavy lunch, includes all protein carbs, and vitamins so and dinner is so much light, before 7 to 8 pm you should have dinner daily.
