if you are overweight then you should loss weight as soon as possible, because i suffered from lots of knee pain because of over weight, so i started strict diet for that, also walked for one hour.

maintain ideal body weight is so much important, but it is also important to be happy with your body type, and take proper diet from dietician and follow diet strictely.

if you was fat and now you became slim after loss weight, so you should take care to maintain body toned, because after fat loss or weight loss, skin became loose, and there is need to tightning the body skin.

if you are fat and want to bacame slim with toned body type, so you have to strictely follows rules and regulations for yourself only, like do exercise daily also control on food, take proper and healthy food.

if you are fat definately you go through exercise and diet, take proper diet and proper exercise, help to loss weight, diet play 70 percent role in lose weight, so maintain your diet.
