Hello

my baby ( 20 month) doesn' t like sweet at all........if anything little bit sweet goes in her mouth she just spit it out.

what should I do so she can start eating little bit sweet food. any idea or suggestion.

My kid also does same tho he ats mithai but doesnt tak halwa, kheer, dalia etc, u can make namkeen dalia with daal or veggies. sprinkle lil black salt on her fruits(banana, apple, chikoo, orange), she wil find it tasty, My 2.5 yr son says mamma soup bana do chapata(chatpata) banana -)

That' s ok. My son never liked sweet things either. He has only recently developed a taste for mildly sweet things.

You can try giving her mildly sweet things... make seviyan kheer / suji halwa at home, and put a very small amount of sugar. Let her have it. If she likes it, then next time you prepare it, increase the sugar marginally. She' ll grow to get used to it. It' s better if she doesn' t get used to very sweet things.

Hi thanks for the reply.

Well i try to give her mild sweet even sometime i add some sweetness in her fruits puree but she doesn´ t like at all. she is underweight and i am worried how to increae her weight and appetite so she can eat everything.

she like anything with little spice and salt. but no sweet.
