Name: prathibhaa

my son is a very happy child, active, good in studies but off late he started to breathe heavily,we thaught it was a health problem but after the tests the doctors said he is perfectly allright because when he goes to sleep he is okay. then my son told me that he likes the inhaler which his friend uses for astma and that is the reason he is behaving like that . how to explain to him that he does not need it

tell him that it's not good for him since he doesn't have aproblem, though he might not understand. Give him a tiny straw, like the kind used to stir coffee, and tell him to try breathing through it for a few minutes. Explain that's what it feels like for his friend to breath, and that helps his friend breath like him, your son. Tell him he is lucky to breath normally.
