hey how can i lose about 10-20 pounds in a week or less. my legs are kinda fat and i want to lose some pounds there, lose some pounds on my arms, and some on my stomach. what is the best way to do it without going through a major pain. please help

hey jsp as a dietitian i can tell u very strongly that sudden decrease in the weight in a very short span of life may lead to very complicated chronic(long term) problems........ that may leave a bad impact on ur oveer all health.... patience must be there in every thing u do... u can reduce ur tummy(stomach) by doing crunches abbs(kinda stomach exercises)and sittups for ur leg area and then move ur hands too n fro for ur arms atlest 20 times morning n evening n in addition to this plss reduce the fat content in ur diet (including deeply fried foods, oily foods, cakes, creams, too many choclates etc....) hope u will be sooner happy

Hi jsp!
I just want to tell you that losing that much weight in less than a week is VERY unhealthy. I strongly recommend that you go consult a doctor about this and he/she will give you a diet plan (for your body)and will tell you how much you need to exercize.
