Body and Fitness:lose access fat around middle part of body

hi i have such a big problem some 1 please help me my upper part of my body is not that big and the stomach hips and bum is very big i want to lokk good in dresses but i dont because i have a weird figure the dress becomes lose from the top and really tight around my hips belly and bum area what could i do just to remove the fat on just those areas because i dont want to lose wait from my legs or arms because they are quite skinny please some 1 help me im really upset

Yoga/Pilates will help with your overall muscle tone. Though I question the necessity of doing stomach crunches alongside Pilates. A proper Pilates routine will do more for your abdominal muscles than any other anerobic exercise.

I would highly suggest that you incorporate subtle dietary changes and some level of aerobic exercise to further things along.

And don't worry about losing fat from your arms, etc. It's not possible for the human body to just lose fat from one section. It will slim itself overall. If anything, you can start going some resistance exercises on areas that you don't want getting smaller, i.e. legs and arms, so that they look trim and toned and great when that fat comes off.

i can understand your problem, try doing yoga or pilates and concentrate on poses that work your ab muscles, i've been doing them and its showing gr8 results....good luck
