Hey All,

I am Diya mother of 9 months old baby , i need to lose 5 more kgs to return to the prepregnancy weight , now my weight is 57.8 , is there any diet for that and im trying hard from past 5 month the weight still the same , and my lower part ( thighs and buttocks) are bigger .. Is there any specific exercise for it .. Pls advice me ..

. . . you post more details regarding what you've done since you've delivered? that way we have a better sense of telling you if you need to concentrate on dietary changes, aerobic exercise, anerobic exercise,or some combination therein.

Additionally, I would highly suggest not to concentrate on your weight. That will only lead to unhealthy results. Is there a certain outfit that you want to fit back into, or a certain measurement, or a fitness goal that you want to achieve? Focusing on weight is the worst thing you can possibly do. Weight/BMI is not an indicator of poor health except in the most extreme cases.
