please help me lose wieght. mt stomach is the even out. my stomach is alittle out and i went to lose that fat. i jog everyday about a mile and i seee no difference in my legs too. please tell me what i should do and i get hungry really easily. i also want to lose fat from my arms. can somebody please help me. thanks

the key is you 'get hungry really easily'. what dietary changes have you made since starting on your exercise regimen? how fast do you cover that mile? have you considered increasing the distance? what other exercises do you do? here in north america, they recommend for weight loss to jog 30-45 minutes at as brisk a pace as you can manage in addition to resistance/strength training alongside dietary changes.

can you please post more details about your fitness goals and what your exercise/dietary regimen is currently?

by altering your diet, i mean moving towards a healthier balanced diet, not starving yourself.

Keep Jogging and exercise everday for 30 minutes and also do jumpropes,crunche,push-ups and also try to buy a VIDEO of wisor pilates. It works well.
