Thanks for your response.You suggest that i should have another blood test yet again ?Should this be done ASAP?Does it mean i maybe pregnant?In that case what about the effect of 4 doses of the medicine Norethin Ace i took this week ?
Another thing to add here is i am feeling very tired since the past few days and a lot of pain and tenderness of my breasts since the last one week.(Acyually I thought that to be PMS but this long ..by a week after the breast tenderness etc usually i have my periods ) this month was an exception.Also i started this medicine by 4th june, does the norethin ace work like a widthrawl bleeding ocp medicine? The drug you took should help inducing period and is more of hormonal, so don't worry won't affect your pregnancy if that's what is happening with you.

I would suggest to wait for two -three days and retest with EPT, first morning urine and if periods do not show up request your Dr. to have a transvaginal ultrasound, to know what's going on or a repeat of blood test for hCG.
I know it's hard to hang with symptoms. I think you have pregnancy symptoms but they are not very special of pregnancy they are again the same for PMS, so this can mean you will experience period soon. Wait:(
