hi, i am an indian woman. i am 31 yrs old. i completed 31 in this march. we are trying to conceive since almost past 6 months with no success. could you please guide me with what to do? is it too late to conceive after one is 30yrs old? P replied. Well first of all you havent mentioned when you got married. Incase you got married recently and you were avoiding conception then there is absolutely no problem. Since you would be having refrained sex and your body would have got used to it. Youc ould atleast try for another 6 months and then think of visiting a doctor. However be very cool and composed while having sex for conception. Dont be tensed to have a baby because it adds up to ur problems. Have sex with peaceful mind and preferably let ur hubby drink warm milk at night before going to sleep/having sex. Advise ur hubby not to have very hot water bath before having sex.
