hello every body...im new to this site...
im 24 yr old...married 14 nths ago..i had miscarriage before 6mnths..it was 9th week...my doc said that babies heartbeat is not found,and ialso saw slight bleeding when i go toilent ....my doc said that nothing to worry it gennerally happens to some couples..and she did not given atleast one tablet also...now again we want to plan for a baby...im very much afriad that if it happens again? i m very sensitive in nature...pls help me what should we do now..do i need to take any precautions before planning..(above doc is my family doc)and i staying in marthahaalli (bangalore) pls refer good gnync also.....

Hi. Am hoping u wont need this advice now and hope u are about to deliver your baby.

Incase you are not yet pregnant this is the advice i was given after i lost my pregnancy the same way as u did.

I was told, if i start spotting i MUST lie in bed with a pillow under my legs. This has to be done even if it stops as u can can start bleeding again.

Wshing you lots of baby dust.
