Hi,

My son is one and half years old. Though he knows how to talk amd express things he does not inform us when he has to go to the toliet. He tells us only after doing it. Can somebody please suggest me how to potty train him as i will be putting him to a creche next month.

hi suma
the time i started to potty train my daughter she was around the same age. what i did was, i used to take her to toilet every half an hour or so. i did not wait for her to tell me in the beginning. and i used to praise her when she finished and told her that she is becoming a big girl. and she used to feel so happy. while taking her to the toilet i kept telling her that what she was doing. later after a few months she herself used to tell me she wanted to go to the toilet. u must give him time to get used to it. but i used to wear pampers in the night and when we went out. she is 3 now and she stopped pampers completely. so just give him time and take it step by step. all the best. take care.

kids fitness through play and games
since i have been training young kids for motor skills and fun fitness for a while i see that kids develop most of their sports movements then and as early as 4 years. parents need to be aware that forcing kids into sports at a very early age will not get them far, as they end up losing interest quickly. ... - Sunny Singh [View Message]
