Hi All,

My daughter is 4motnhs, 2 weeks old. She is on Lactogen - 1. Her weight is 5.4kgs. She takes only 75-90ml of milk per feed, with a total of abt 680-700ml per day.

Every where i see on net, i find that this quantity is really less for her weight and age. I' m really worried b' coz of her less intake of feed.

Earlier my daughter used to take feeds well like 150ml per kg of weight. Now after taking 75/90ml, she just pushes the bottle away and starts playing/falls asleep. From almost 1 month, she has been taking only this amount of feed. she has put on 200gms of weight in previous 10days instead of the standard 30gms/per day. I' m really worried abt it. Really dont know what to do abt it. shud i start cerelac or add sugar in milk, really confused. any suggestions are welcome.

untill her 8 month she was 7.5 kg and now she is only 7.8 kg she is not putting weight much ...2-3 doctor said when kids are very active then don' t put much weight ..and they sadi check whether she is active or not one doct said untill 1 yr 7.5kg is also ok..

don' t worry my kid is also the same she doesn' t drink .. i took her to almost all doctors in my city all sadi same she is active so don' t worry ..give her how much she drinks.. i strated cerelac from 5th month as she was not drinking milk
don' t worry now she is 10 months she drinks only 100ml
