hi gauri...thanks for ur replies to my earlier posts. I knw frm ur mssgs thta u have been giving cows milk to ur daughter...i am also going to start now...wanted to know how do u manage the early mrng feed? as in how do u keep the milk warm? also if i give him 120ml formula in one go shd I give the same amt of cows milk..is it eaqually/less/more filling? thanks gauri replied. i really dont know anything about formula milk..but cow milk yes u can gv as much as u want ..but first let the baby get use to it...just as the way must hv started giving formula slowly gv ..coz cow,s milk is bit hard to digest....once use to it ..its quite safe..but i always gv my baby warm milk...
at night what i do is carry milk with me in flask ...n i carry 2 bottles properly sterlised with me ..thats enough...
talking about filling / satisfying for babies i had read on this board that babies who are bf wake up at night more..but my baby gets up more if i gv her cow milk...for her bm is more satisfying ...i about day time yes eit is filling compared to bm..n she started putting on weight ...
