I am writing this on behalf of my bhabhi.
Her daughter will be 4m in few days. She has a son of 6yrs old. Her son did not feed on her milk because docs said that her nipple is not in good shape. Now, her daughter, she was fine till now. She was taking her feed. But suddenly from last 4-5 days, she has stopped completely. She will start taking the bm and then after 2 sips, start crying and stop taking milk. Dont know whats wrong. My bhabhi is taking all healthy and easy-to-digest food..like palak, dalia+milk etc.
The baby is constipated also. She passes very hard stools.
Please somebody help.
My bhabhi is really reaaly depressed. Because of no bm for her elder son, he is very prone to cold. And now she is worried if her daughter is also going the same way.
Somebody please please help.

This means she does' nt have enough milk even she is eating good food she might be in some work , so ask her to express her milk and see.This is the main reason for constipation .Since my daughter face the same when she got constipation we thought its her problem but problem was with me since i was busy i was unable to produce milk eventhough i had lot of good foods like 7 cup milk and all stuff.so find out soon and start some food for him. sandhya replied. my daughter also didnot drink milk she use to sip and start crying .. i think some kids do that just wait for some time ask her to try and try...
she doesnot drink milk now also i use to force her.. she stopeed drinking milk at 6 month and milk stopped as she was not drinking...
Don' t worry she drink after some days
regarding constipation consult a doc gauri replied. hard stool in small babies is not good ..better take her to ped ...coz she has stopped taking milk...i hope ur bhabhi gets enough milk..mayb not thats y she is crying...
