pregnancy stretches

Due to bodily changes it is not possible for some women to get good night’s sleep during pregnancy. Some stretching exercises done before going to bed can help in dealing with sleep problems. Read on to know more.

Pregnancy is a beautiful journey and a wonderful experience for every woman. With care and caution there is so much we can learn and unlearn and relearn to put our body into perfect shape and health. That is why it is most often said that, a woman will be healed from all her previous ailments and can get healthier after delivery. Sometimes, it is also believed, pregnancy gives more responsibility and a new lease of life for a lady. Being energetic and doing rhythmic body exercises tones the body muscles and also keeps the baby in the womb active and healthy. Also with the stretch exercises just before going to bed will give a proper sleep for both the baby and the mother.

However, there are various kinds of exercises which can be best during pregnancy. Stretches before pregnancy are a healthy kind of exercises. Though all kinds of exercises are good during the day, it is important to relax the body and go for few stretch exercises just before going to bed. All these are important as the mother has to create sufficient room space for the child in the womb. Also, it is very important to seek an obstetrician’s permission before practising stretching exercises or any other exercises during pregnancy. Such exercises should be done under the supervision of a certified trainer.
