Pregnancy is not the time for trying to lose weight. Do not go on a diet during pregnancy. At the sixth month of pregnancy, your are getting closer and closer to your due date. It is important to eat balanced meals and make sure that your weight is close to the ideal weight during pregnancy. Whenever you are hungry, eat balanced and healthy meals. Cut down on high-fat foods and avoid the fatty portions and skin of meat. Avoid adding more of spice in your food, as it can make your stomach burn.
