 hi! i have a 13 month old daugher who is a spare eater at best. i offer her food/milk periodically (every 2-3hours) but don't pressure her. that seems to at least keep her interested in food even if she doesn't eat a lot. also, i try to pack as much punch in every bite as i can (eg. mix desi ghee, etc. etc.)
