 Some babies lives on breastfeeding only, and may be they are not getting enough of it that is why they urinate less. Another reason could be they are not getting enough fluids but if the colour is also yellow then you should see a pediatrician.

 in case of more urine, have you enhanced the amount of sugar in baby's diet. if not i think wait for a day and you should contact doctor. due to cold season too, baby urinate more.
