Most of the parents would be able to say signs of an unhappy child very easily but they find the signs of a happy child more mystifying. Read on to learn about the 10 signs that can help you know that you are raising a happy child.

Complete parental involvement is a must for a healthy development of a child. For letting children grow in a healthy manner, it is necessary that they grow in a happy and cheerful environment. However, life has become stripped these days. Plans are made almost immediately after the child’s birth and classes are finalized to be attended. Gone are the days when kids used to have lot of free time and played outside their houses for most of the time.
All parents want their children to grow up to be happy and follow their dreams and be successful. Many kids are happy and show the signs of being happy as well. Some of the signs can be seen right from infanthood while some can be observed when they grow up.

10 Signs You are Raising a Healthy and a Happy Child

1. Newborn: Too Close for Comfort

When your baby sees you or hears you, it soothes her. Since she is just a newborn baby she might not smile when you bring your face closer, but if she turns towards you and gazes at you, it is a good sign.

2. Holds Patterns During 0 to 3 Months

When you hold your baby and she conforms to your arms, this shows that she is comfortable. This is the age when a baby is happy you attend her basic needs.

3. Plays When the Music Plays

If your infant responds to the music and seems to be in a playful mood when the music plays, you should be happy that you are raising a happy child.

4. Grins and Shares During 0 to 3 Months

Between 4 and 10 weeks the newborn will start smiling occasionally. If your child grins and responds whenever you talk to her, you can stay assured that your child is a happy child.

5. Finds Laughing Matters often During 3 to 6 Months

Once a child is 3 months old she will start responding a lot. Many children find a matter to laugh at often while many would simply smile or grin at times. If your child gets thrilled by funny noises and touch, your child is happy.

6. Tower of Babble

When your child is between 4 to 7 months she will start speaking. If the first speech is a nonstop consonant sounds strung together, you can say that you are raising a happy child. Babies pick up sounds listening to you and the more you talk to your baby, the longer it will try to respond. When the pitch of your baby is higher and the speech longer, it shows that she is trying to enjoy conversation with you.

7. Performs Comic Activities

If your child is now a toddler and in order to make you laugh she acts in comic ways, you can stay satisfied that you are raising a happy child.

8. Sleeping Well

Even when an infant, if your child sleeps well and wakes up happy, you can be a contented parent.

9. Plays on Her Own

If your child has just started to throw her hands and legs and when you let her on the bed, if your child is happy she will start enjoying as soon as you make her lie-down.

10. Sickness is Rare

One of the amazing things is that happy children do not get sick easily.
