You must practice what you want to teach your child. So practice saying good morning, good night, hello, bye etc. to him every day. Give him fair opportunities to interact with children of your neighbours, friends, relatives. Never stop encouraging him and never give-up. Whenever somebody visits you or you visit someone's house make sure that you encourage him to greet them. Keep talking to him and ask different questions and encourage him to answer it.
