Can anybody suggest some methods to relax the mind, as its very important to get pregnant.

I feel always stressed and don' t know how to relax.

Be relax.Stress is not good if u got pregnancy.It is harmful in so many way. First of all u not write that u are working or not .Its ok. To relax ur body and mind.First u have to find out what is the reason of ur stress.In some cases we see the main reason of stress that if a person burried his/her feeling in heart.There are so many probs,ups and downs in life .Face it .The Most Imp think is Be Positive .To relax ur mind u make urself busy in any work, Listen calm music, Deep breathing via meaditation,Yoga, Thing to do which u want.God Bless
